Yes. The Website Builder lets you create an invitation page using drag-and-drop blocks for text, images, countdown timers, and RSVP forms. It is available on Free within the one-design limit; Standard allows 2 designs per event and Premium allows 5. Free designs retain Pinvite branding.

Can I import a design from Canva?

Yes. Use the Pinvite app in Canva to export your design to Pinvite and add RSVP functionality. Alternatively, export an image from Canva and upload it into your Pinvite design.

Can I download my invitation as a PDF?

Accepted Answer

Export your classic image-based invitation as a PDF for printing or offline sharing. For an interactive event website, share its link so guests can use the RSVP form and other sections. Guest lists can also be downloaded as Excel or PDF files.

Where do I edit my invitation after creating or paying for it?

Go to your dashboard, select the event, and open the invitation in edit mode. Your changes are saved on the same link, without generating a new URL. Post-creation editing is always included: you don't need to pay again to update the details of an event you've already activated.

Can I switch templates after choosing one?

The template is chosen when you create the event. For now it isn't possible to switch it directly from the dashboard once the event is created, but you can extensively customize the current design: text, images, colors, and sections. If you need a different template, create a new event or email us at contact@pinvite.ro and we'll help.

How do I add background music, and what if it doesn't play?

Add music from your event's Settings: search for the song in the music library, preview it, and select it. If it doesn't play when the invitation opens, keep in mind that on mobile many browsers only enable audio after the first interaction with the page (tapping the screen), due to their autoplay restrictions. If you're looking for a specific song and only another version appears, try searching by the original artist's name, as the library may not include every version.

What can I edit in a template, and can I delete or move sections?

You can freely edit the content of any template — text, images, colors, fonts, background music, and RSVP settings. The overall structure and section layout of a template are fixed, so some sections and image positions can't be removed or rearranged. If you want full control over the layout, use the Website Builder to build your invitation from scratch with drag-and-drop blocks. We recommend previewing a template before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs.

How does RSVP tracking work?

When a guest opens their invitation link and submits the RSVP form, their response appears in your dashboard in real time. You can see who confirmed, declined, or hasn't responded yet.

Guests can update their response through their RSVP edit link while the link is valid and the RSVP deadline allows changes. When an email address is provided, the confirmation email can include that link. Edit links expire, so guests should keep their response up to date before the deadline.

As the host, can I remove or change the status of a guest who already confirmed?

Yes, you can remove guests from your guest management panel. To manually change the status of a confirmation — for example, marking someone who confirmed as not attending — email us at contact@pinvite.ro and we'll adjust it for you.

Pinvite creates a ready-to-share link for you from your event title and, for nominal invitations, the guest's name, with a short unique suffix. Copy it and share it wherever your guests are.

This happens when you share a global link — one single link shared with everyone that shows the same content to all guests. To send each guest a personalized invitation with their own name and individual RSVP tracking, create nominal invitations instead — each guest then receives their own unique link.

What plans does Pinvite offer?

Pinvite offers Free, Standard, and Premium per event. New Free events allow 15 accepted guests, Standard allows 75, and Premium has no plan-based RSVP cap. These limits count people, including plus-ones, not submitted forms. Older Free events may retain a higher limit based on their creation date. Design limits are 1, 2, and 5 respectively. Premium includes seating, collaborators, and QR check-in.
