Conference invitation — the badge prints while you register

The badge hangs on its lanyard and swings when you pull it. Flipped over, it shows the agenda of the day. While the attendee fills in the form, their name appears on the badge in real time.

We invite you to celebrate together another year in which we built good things.
When to pick it

The Conference Badge invitation: for which celebration

For conferences, meetups and offsites, the invitation is the first interaction with the event. The Conference Badge design starts from the most recognizable object of a conference, the badge, and makes it playful without costing clarity: the agenda, the speakers and the venue are one scroll away.

It suits events from 50 to a few thousand attendees. Organizers export the list to Excel, with the answers to the questions about sessions, and on Premium they scan the attendees' QR codes at the door.

Frequently asked questions

About the Conference Badge design

Can the agenda be updated after sending?
Yes. Changes made in the editor appear in the link you already sent, so you do not have to send the invitation again.
Can it be used for an internal team offsite?
Yes. Hide the speakers and the accommodation, keep the agenda and the form, and colleagues pick their sessions from a multiple-choice question.
How much does a Pinvite corporate invitation cost?
Start free, no card. The free plan includes up to 15 confirmations; for more, you pay once per event, with no subscription. For unlimited confirmations and QR check-in, choose Premium.
Can I change the colors to the company's?
Yes. You can change the colors, fonts, texts and the order of the sections in the editor, so the invitation follows the company's visual identity.
Does it work well on a phone?
Yes. All designs are built mobile first, and on devices that ask for less motion they are shown without effects.
